Conor Bolton
Conor Bolton is a Chartered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Grá Health Physiotherapy in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. He is a member of CORU and the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapy (ISCP). Conor has spent the last six years working at Laois Physiotherapy Clinic. For three of those years he also worked with Laois senior inter-county mens teams. Prior to his studies in physiotherapy Conor worked with both amateur and professional athletes in Houston Texas.
Conor has a particular interest in helping people return to the activities that matter most to them—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life. He combines evidence-based practice with a practical, hands-on approach to deliver personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual.
In recent years Conor has enjoyed delivering Pilates, osteoporosis and balance/chair based exercise classes. He has taken a particular interest in Parkinson's physiotherapy and has completed several further certifications in low back pain, dry needling and exercise therapy for Parkinson’s disease.
Originally from Co. Clare, Conor has a strong personal interest in sport and continues to play GAA in his spare time.
