Jeanette O'Meara

Jeanette O’Meara is a Chartered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Grá Health Physiotherapy, specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, as well as the management of back and movement-related pain.

She holds a Professional Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science. Jeanette is CORU-registered and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.

With over seven years of experience working in private practice, Jeanette has developed a strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. She has further enhanced her skillset through advanced training in Dry Needling and Matwork Pilates (APPI), allowing her to deliver a highly individualised, results-driven approach. She works with a broad range of clients—from those experiencing everyday pain to athletes performing at a high level—providing expert physiotherapy in Kildare focused on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and long-term results.

Her experience in sport includes working with Naas Rugby Club, Kildare Senior Footballers, and Newbridge College Rugby. She has also gained valuable international experience in Houston, Texas, treating both professional and amateur athletes.

Jeanette’s background in elite Irish Dance brings a unique depth to her clinical practice. As a former top-10 world-ranked competitive dancer and Riverdance performer, she has an exceptional understanding of movement, control, and physical performance. This informs her approach to rehabilitation, particularly in the treatment of back pain, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.

Jeanette provides a premium, patient-centred experience—combining detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and structured rehabilitation programmes to achieve lasting results. Her focus is not only on relieving pain, but on restoring confidence, improving movement, and helping clients return to the activities that matter most.

Conor Bolton

Conor Bolton is a Chartered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Grá Health Physiotherapy, with a strong background in both clinical practice and sport.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Conor spent over six years working at Laois Physiotherapy Clinic, where he developed extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Conor has a particular interest in helping people return to the activities that matter most to them—whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life. He combines evidence-based practice with a practical, hands-on approach to deliver personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual.

He has extensive experience in delivering Pilates, osteoporosis, and balance/chair-based exercise classes, supporting clients across all age groups and abilities. Conor has also completed further certifications in dry needling and exercise therapy for Parkinson’s disease, allowing him to provide specialised care for a broad range of conditions.

During his career, Conor spent three years working as a physiotherapist with Laois senior inter-county GAA teams, gaining valuable experience in high-performance sport and injury management.

Originally from Co. Clare, Conor has a strong personal interest in sport and continues to play GAA in his spare time.
