Jeanette O’Meara
Jeanette O’Meara is a Chartered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Grá Health Physiotherapy in Kilcullen, Kildare. Jeanette specialises in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, as well as the management of back and movement-related pain.
She holds a Professional Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, alongside a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science. Jeanette is CORU-registered and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care.

With over seven years of experience working in private practice, Jeanette has developed a strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. She has further enhanced her skillset through advanced training in Dry Needling and Matwork Pilates (APPI), allowing her to deliver a highly individualised, results-driven approach. She works with a broad range of clients—from those experiencing everyday pain to athletes performing at a high level—providing expert physiotherapy in Kildare focused on accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and long-term results.

Her experience in sport includes working with Naas Rugby Club, Kildare Senior Footballers, and Newbridge College Rugby. She has also gained valuable international experience in Houston, Texas, treating both professional and amateur athletes.
Jeanette’s background in elite Irish Dance brings a unique depth to her clinical practice. As a former top-10 world-ranked competitive dancer and Riverdance performer, she has an exceptional understanding of movement, control, and physical performance. This informs her approach to rehabilitation, particularly in the treatment of back pain, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.
