Conor Bolton and Jeanette O’Meara are the husband-and-wife team behind Grá Health Physiotherapy, united by a shared passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.

Conor and Jeanette first met in college in 2014, and it was during those early years that the idea of opening their own clinic was first discussed. What began as a shared ambition has grown into Grá Health Physiotherapy — a clinic built on care, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.

With extensive experience across a broad range of injuries and conditions, Conor and Jeanette regularly provide physiotherapy for pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, as well as the effective management of back, neck, and shoulder pain. They also have significant experience treating a wide variety of sporting injuries — from recreational athletes to elite competitors.

Both have pursued additional postgraduate training to enhance the care they provide. They hold certifications in Pilates, dry needling, and osteoporosis management, allowing them to deliver a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.

Jeanette has completed further specialist training in Women’s Health physiotherapy, supporting women through all stages of life. Conor has undertaken additional training in Parkinson’s exercise physiotherapy, helping individuals maintain mobility, strength, and independence.

​

Their careers have also included valuable experience in elite sport. Conor worked with the Laois Senior Hurling team for two years and the Laois Senior Footballers for one year. Jeanette spent two years with the Kildare Senior Football team and two years with the Naas AIL Rugby team.
